Matias was very excited to start 2nd grade. He has Ms. Campbell who we've heard great things about, and I'm feeling very positive he will have a great year.
We bought new clothes for the first couple days of school but when he woke up he decided he just wanted to wear something "comfortable" so we went with an outfit he'd been wearing all summer. After a few days he decided he would wear his new purple shirt. I knew at that point he had gained confidence with his new classmates.
His new backpack is what really got him excited about going back to school
I'll never been in first day of school pics because I'm not presentable that early in the morning!
