toasted sesame honey mustard

There is no trace of salad dressings here in BA. The most I've ever had to flavor my greens is olive oil, vinegars, and lemon.
And so when I had this salad a couple of weeks ago I went crazy
Greens of choice. I like spinach.
Toast about 2 T of sesame seeds over med heat just till they're a golden brown and toss with salad.
Add Parmesian cheese and other veggies of your likings. I usually go with tomatoes.
The DRESSING is
1T mustard
1T honey
4T olive Oil
2T Balsamic Vinegar
dash of salt and pepper.
Makes 2 servings
